Having studied Amatsu in Dun Laoghaire, ‘I work as an Amatsu Practitioner in Ballincollig’, just outside Cork City. I am a registered member of the Amatsu Association of Ireland. Amatsu is a gentle yet effective therapy that uses a combination of techniques working on muscles, ligaments and soft tissue to rebalance the structures of the body and encourage the body’s natural ability to heal itself. Amatsu is suitable for all ages, and treats several ailments including sports injuries, back & neck pain, migraine, digestive orders, fatigue, stress and much more.

I am also qualified in Indian Head Massage, Swedish Back Massage, Reiki 1 and Reiki 2 and when appropriate incorporate elements of these techniques into my treatments.

My practice times are flexible to suit your needs.
