Having studied with the Amatsu Institute of Natural Health, I now work as an Amatsu Practitioner in the Body and Mind Health Clinic in Rosbeg Westport in Co Mayo. I am a registered member of the Amatsu Association of Ireland.

Amatsu is a gentle non invasive treatment that works to promote growth,repair and restoration of normal function. It ensures a beneficial corrective treatment used to treat old and re occurring injuries or simply to return vitality to the body. It naturally boosts the immune system thus encouraging the body to heal itself. It is effective in treating a very wide range of conditions and is suitable to all ages.

Unlike many other therapies, Amatsu treats the whole body not just the symptoms; a treatment or ”balance” combines therapeutic skills such as Kinesiology(muscle testing), Craniosacral, Sacral Osteopathy, Acupressure, Neuromuscular Re-patterning, Remedial Massage and Postural Re-alignment techniques.

These are combined uniquely and different to each individual to relieve discomfort, stiffness, lack of mobility and pain that you may be feeling.
